What's more important in a job. Experience, Growth or salary?

i believe growth and experience are related,so i would say growth.

if you grow within your career path you will aquire the experience,the more growth and experience the more you will get paid.

so it is growth.

GOOD QUESTION SIR,,, I WILL SAY EACH YOU MENTIONED HAS SOME IMPORTANCE BUT MY VIEW IS ....... DIGNITY & RESPECT .... ARE THE PRIME ELEMENTS FOR ANY GOOD JOB TO DO , STAY AND PERFORM FOR LONG.

Growth = experience + salary

If growth in terms of experience that leads to more output and that causes the system of the firm running smooth.The smooth running of a firm leads to a employer happines,and financial stability and growth of both employer and employee.

Its all about satisfaction. If your job offers growth, obviously you would be satisfied with it. And growth is not defined just in terms of a particular comodity (for example salary) rather it is defined as the collective growth of directly related comodities like responsibility, experience, salary, perks.

To grow in your career you have to use experience, once growth is there in career salary follows

So with experience, growth and salary can be earned

When you have experience this is means money in your place or in another 

both are  two sides of one coin
