Sales is actual selling of the product.. Marketing is Educating before or after a sale. The two are inter-dependent on each other. Withouy sales there is no marketing budget. without marketing there are very limited sales. Which may cause serious losses to a business.. Therefore Its regarded as sales and marketing.
