The Permanent Training Committee cares with all training matters ,

* The president of the agency or his representant
* Two members representing the implicated administrations
* Two members designated by the employees's syndicate
* One member from the designated structure for the training achievements

And then are placed to assess the staff to find out the reasons behind the decline of their performance and it is agreed between the departments to develop a budget for training to start investigation and processing errors
