I assume that here by “talent” we must refer to employee, a talent is individual ability and competency’s which has been offered to organization to attain their objectives. We have been heard that one is very talented or he has talent to do so…. It could be like, one ability to do a job in much better way than other and its due to talent (born or acquired or groomed) s/he possess.

This is a very nice try.
By then, just wondering where you would draw the line between "Natural" and "Acquired"? Thanks indeed for clarification...

Talent could be defined as the Ability to perform a natural or an acquired skill repeatedly with ease.
Talent however is measured and not defined but I am taking a dig at it.
Hope this helps.
