I would consider a Maryland Bridge from the aesthetic and conservative point of view.
fixed partial denture is the best option for missing lateral incisor for aesthtic purpose and comfort of the patient
cantilever from canine with small metalic extension on central incissor
A lateral incisor not being replaced by an implant can also be replaced usind a resin bonded resotoration like a Mary land bridge using canine and the cental incisors for the wing support.
Care to be taken to ensure fredom of contact of the lateral incisor in protrusive. Only condition warranting this option is, if the bite is deep or traumatic.
Alternatively a acrylic partial denture(flipper) could also be given if the patient cannot afford the other treatments but this is not the best option....
Well thanks for your answer. But what kind of partial denture you mean?
Regards
PARIAL DENTURE
