Conduct S W O T Analysis of your Product Srevice that would mean know the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of your product/.
Study your product/service well.
Understand the Market Inwhich you will be launching.
Research who are the customers to whom you will be launching.
Know your competitors product/service well.
Ensure you are able to price it in line with the requirement of customer/market.
Ensure you have distribution line in place.
Make sure it is easily available to customers through retailers and with proper display and exposure as per your requirement.
To Study your products first to know its weakness points before its strength before the customers knows and try to know the way to make your customers buy it regardless its weakness and come to you rather than other companies in same market.
