When do you think the resignation becomes a risk, challenge, or step forward and when it becomes the only solution you have to take?

I've been discussing my job prospects in the UAE with numerous friends and head hunters who work there, and I've been told that the only thing standing in my way is a resignition, trip to the UAE and persistance.

Is it a risk I'm willing to take? Yes

Fingers crossed, I fly out August IA.

Step Farward.

Dear Mr. Ghaly as per my opinion when it no option it is better to step forward for the good thing  

Risk- When you resign without having other job offers.

Challenge- Finding a job in a difficult market

Step forward- When you are in a same position for number of years with no growth opportunities than it might be a good idea to look elsewhere for other opportunities.

Risk will be happen, when second line manager is absence and does not create a talent pole by the employer. If he is potential, employer can retain him by proving financial or promotional career path opportunity.

Risk- when one dies not have a better oppertunity in hand.

Step forward- one is confident of being offered an elevated post to be retained.

Challenge- related jobs are scarce and max comprtion is involved.

The only way- when one is stuck with no growth chance and financial prospects are diminishing fast OR circumstances bome such that one is facing a definite TERMINATION.
