Yoga can be catergorised as a"faithful religious practice" though.

I'd say that it's more of a lifestyle that can lead you to mental stability and peace. Personally, I started getting into it once I contacted a psychic from http://www.kasamba.com/psychic-reading/clairsentient/ and he told me that it can be beneficial for me, and I can tell you that it's indeed the best way to forget about the daily problems.

NO, THAT IS A PRACTICE TO REJUVENATE BODY AND MIND, AND ALSO HELPS TO KEEP GOOD HEALTH CONDITION

No. It is a way of life. Its meant to elevate your consciousness to a level where we are in a balanced state of Mind Body and Soul no matter in what situation you are in.

Yoga is not a religion base

Besides yoga, three major religions came from those texts - Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. Around 200-400AD, a sage called Patanjali composed the YogaSutras. His "eight limbs" of yoga still inform practice today and discuss posture, breathing, meditation and correct living.
