Documentation is one of the system’s which are used to creating a database, communicate, instruct and record the information for any reference or operational purpose.
With the help of documentation it is very easy to track the flow of the system's progress and the workings of the system can be explained very easily.

Documentation is one of the cornerstones of a stable organization.

It helps the organization in the following ways:-

-> All Processes Performed Are Documented - Ensures all processes have the required documents i.e. know-how of how a task needs to be performed.

-> Ensures Continuity - In case of turnover of employees it is essential that training is imparted on the new employees at the earliest .

-> Reduces Training Time:- The time spent on training new employees needs to be measured by effetiveness and quality not by the number of hours spent.

-> BAU Not Affected - Ensures that the trainer's daily deliverables are not affected.

-> Helps In Process Improvements - Having the process documents in front of you helps you look at the whole process at a time in order to try and look for any available scope for improvement.

-> Credible Back-up - Having documentation already prepared helps be in a better poistion strategically in case of loss of data or person handling the process.

In case of Legal Documents it ensures you have a back up for all the documents and it is available as and when required as a hard copy
