Of course, the customer service is the one who requires more human contact because they are the one who deals  and interact with people while data entry requires contact with the company representative who are responsible for giving their data entry work job.

Definitely customer service requires far more human contact. Data entry only requires contact with a boss and maybe some co-workers, and the human contact isn't the focus of the job. Customer services requires contact with many customers as well as the boss and co-workers. The human contact is the focus of the job.
