The best way to close a deal is to suggest the solution with confidence and help the other party agree to your proposal.
A sales man will try to close a sale at every point of the negotiation. But it is advisable to close a sale as soon as the salesman is able to get a buying signal from the prospect. There are different type of closing to be adopted for different situation. closing technique by itself is a very vast subject and it need to be understood and practiced to become a professional closer.
My answer is going to seem overly simplistic but, in reality, it's the real key to closing any sale: Ask for the business.
In my opinion, once you understand your prospect's needs and have developed a solution that fits those needs, the only thing left is to ask the prospect for their business. What I've found is that if I've really identified a need and have shown them something that will fit that need, the prospect tends to beat me to the close.
Closing a sale, in my opinion, starts well before you ever ask for the sale.
