We know that companies impose age limits on applicants. What if there are more qualified people but whose ages are not within your required bracket?

The trend now is BPO and home-based work where there is no age limit among workers provided that they are qualified to deliver the required jobs. And this is working very well for many companies in developed countries. It makes them more productive and competitive. Are traditional companies not keen about doing the same?
