Fix an appointment at the customers convenience and try to educate the person with a presentation or print ready materials. Be at your presentable best and dont lose confidence in stressing the possibilities of your wonderful MRI stuff.
You will have to Educate your customer all the time , but dont make them feel that their knowledge is insufficient , By sharing the some notes , documents out of box thinking will surely help
ask them what their expectations are.ask them why they have a request for medical imaging. from their answer, you can give them the knowledge appropriate for their medical condition.don't give them medical jargons. instead,explain as simple as possible and cite examples or analogy with everyday life for them to understand it easier.
