The best way to work for any position being at any position is :

TO GIVE RESPECT TO THE CHAIR no matter that chair is bigger to you or smaller to you

If you stick on to your goal and your responsibilities in the company, we do not need to care about the ages of any individuals. Only thiing matters is, how you are going to get the support from the manager for the role/job we are entitled in the company. Being a younger or elder manager doesn't give much importance if he is a teamplayer and supports you from his part, in the way he is entitled to help you in the delvelopment of company and your job as a manager.

Whatever the reason, if you are faced with taking orders from a boss who is younger than you, it might not always be easy. It is important to gain some youthful perspective in this case and learn how to cope with grace and enthusiasm

  1. 1-Treat your young boss like you would any other boss
  2. 2-Focus on the positives of having a young boss
  3. 3-Take stock of your own skills
  4. 4-Update your skills.
  5. 5-Speak up about your skills
  6. 6-Be known by all the bosses
  7. 7-Invite your boss to social events occasionally.

IF BY VIRTUE OF CHANCE OR ANY OTHER REASON......HE IS YOUR BOSS THEN RESPECT HIM AS YOUR SENIOR IN POSITION,,, OTHERWISE YOU HAVE ANOTHER BETTER OPTION...... LEAVE THAT ORGANISATION WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED IN PROMOTION,, PROVIDED YOU HAVE ALL THE TRAITS TO BE THE BOSS........

I don't believe age has anything to do with qualification and performance,I will accept working for a younger qualified male or female manager.

Honestly, I would feel more qualified and experienced than him/her. I prefer to work for a manager who is more experienced than me to be inspired and learn from him/her.
