We can defend the information to complete the payroll as follows

1-Personnel Action forms: which include but not limited to (Hiring - Leavers - Change of status such as salary / position / Allowances / Department /Location …etc.)

2- Leaves Document: Which include but not limited to (Annual, sick, haji, unpaid, maternity, funeral ...etc.) Leaves.

3- Absent Report (with permission / without permission)

4- Attendance Sheet: which effected with all of the above and sign by the authority person as per company procedure.

5- Any additional (Days / amount) incentive – bonus if any.

6 - Any Deduction (Days / Penalty’s / breakages / Employee Ledger / Advance / Loan /Social Insurance/ Other deduction if any)
