It is the same thing as if you would hold your hand on top of the fire. If your palm doesn't send signals to the brain to remove the hand from that situation, your hand would burn. It's the same with the communication in an organization. If your lower limbs (employees) don't send the right information to the brain (managment), the brain will send inacurate informations and orders, and therefore there would be a problem in the whole organisation. If you talk about importance of communication in an organization, try not to communicate.
