Being good at what you do means doing your tasks effortlessly,efficiently and effectively .do you agree?

I would say being good at what you do involves internalizing the objectives and vision of your organization which inevitably leads to effortless, effcient and effective execution of  tasks. It also involves carrying out tasks with less supervision and with minimal cost to the orgnaization.

I agree but still you must relate that to the time consumed for being good
