Hi Khaled again,

The well-known methodolgy for performance evaluation is the Balanced Score Cards (BSC). And it's very simple. You have to set the Key performance Indicators (KPIs) for every team member to be able to monitor and evaluate their performance against these KPIs.

BSC are based on four metricss: Financial, Process, Customer, Learning. You may find people using different names for these but with same meaning such as Monetary instead of Financial.

Then, every Metric have four parts:

1. KPI: which describes the what is requuired from the employee to do.

2. Measures: defines how you are going to measure its performance.

3. Target: against what?

4. Weight: defines the weight of his KPI among other KPIs.

This method is the best and latest method to evaluate performance of team members or employees.

If you need further elaboration, don't hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,

- Abdullah.

It is as easy as1,2,3,4

1. Explain to the team in detail what to do clearly.

2. At the deadline time invistigate with each team member what he has done

3. Thank the memebers that are doing it good and set down with each other member alone to understand his problems - if any - and help him to overcome those problems.

4. If it was necessary, replace those memebres that you think are NOT improving.
