Hi El-Gaish,

Microsoft Dynamics AX offers multi-courses for multi-purposes. The courses covers various perspectives in ERP, as Supply Chain, Trade and Logistics, General Ledgers and Production etc.

Dynamics Axapta demands two major acting roles which are Functional and Development. The functional role is to handle issues related to direct functions/procedures of ERP suite, such as trade agreements, inventory journals etc. The development side however deals with customizing forms, report which is of purely technical nature.

The functional courses are MB6-870 (Trade and Logistics), MB6-871 (Financials), MB6-886 (Manufacturing and Production), MB6-885 (Public Sector). And development course which Microsoft offers is MB6-869 (Development Introduction). These are the core courses/certifications by Microsoft, besides others are availalbe also (see Microsoft Dynamics AX Certification tracks on Microsoft web-site). In order to receive training; Microsoft certified trainer can do the job, preferable from Microsoft Gold partner company.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Faheem
