Well honestly speaking, your skills and expertise are more important rather than the above2. if you know how to perform a task in a quick and quality-oriented way then it won't really matter if you have got certifications or degree as the employer's concern is to get his work done on time and with a good quality.However if still I have to choose1 from the above, I believe degree is important for covering up all the basics for the specific course while the certification helps you add a bonus to that course to get a job with a better rank as compared.
