Hi
What do you mean about getting data about RAM, do you want to check the amount of RAM in use?
In that case you should check the perfomance chart, select your ESXi and click Performance Tab, then click Chart Options and in options on left side select Memory -- Realtime and and on right side make sure you are checking Active. Click OK and you will be able to see the Active Memory.
Active memory is the memory currently being used by your ESXi host Plus All Virtual Machines on that ESXi.
Right-click on MY-Computer >>Properties you can see installed RAM
or through Task manager press ALT+Ctrl+DEL choose Task Manager >>performance
to check Server RAM
You can identify the memory information from following methods
1. Login with vSphere Client and Select Configuration -> Memory. You will get memory information from there through graphic window.
2. Second Option, Login with ssh and following the method to identify the memory information
To determine how much RAM is installed in each slot on an ESX/ESXi host:
through system information, task manager Properties & also by executing "Dxdiag"
Thank you Mr. Abdullah but I want to add a new RAM chips so I want to determine its type and pass and all its data
