How to convert Text into polylines in AutoCAD without using any LISP script.

Step 1

Open your AutoCAD project and click "Express Tools" in the menu.

Step 2

Click the "Modify Text" drop-down menu in the toolbar and select "Explode."

Step 3

Click the text that you want to change into polylines. The insides of the letters are covered in crossing lines, indicating you have selected the text.

Step 4

Press "Enter" on your keyboard to convert the text to polylines.

Yes Azhar but that creates weird lines at some junctions and those are unwanted, and also it is not that precise. Thanks for your input btw.
