You can check some server configurations benchmarks and it uses in the "Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation"

Basically performance related blade server components like chasis, power management, network elements, hard disk specifications. Example: we are using10G network switch panel for all the connectivity, we can avoid network performance issues. Same way, disk speed/disk type is important for application based if high volume usage for disk read/write then we need SSD/SAS based disk for getting good performance. Another important factor, is power management from chasis.
