1) Product related market study regarding its viablity in the market

2) Analysis of other similar products and after sales services

3) Swot analysis

4) Extra benefits in terms of servcies I can provide

5) Cost impact of post sales expenses

6) Quality of product in accordance with pricing structure

7) Cosnumers habits of purchasing and their taste

8) Building team as per requirments

9) Selecting proper way to apporach market like ATL BTL TTL etc

10) Selecting proper time to interact in market

11) Profitablity of different channels

12) Logistic cost and arrangements

13) Credit policy

yet there are more, but these are the base for preparing any marketing plan
