Houria it is case of listening to English being spoken "properly", for example by the news readers on the BBC's World Service or similar this will give you an insight into English pronunciation. Get yourself a really good dictionary this will allow you to look up the meanings of words but it will also "break" the word down in such a way that it will help you to pronounce it properly. Use every available opportunity that you have to converse with English speakers preferably native or of a very good standard. From that point on it is a case of practice, practice and more practice. Good luck.
Peter has spelt it out clearly.Connect with people like me on skype and you will surprise yourself by how fluent and eloquent you become in English speaking in no time.Best wishes.
To speak English fluently you have to follow some techniques like listen to English movies (to adopt their accent), read English books (to learn new words) and practice speaking English with someone who can check and correct your grammar.
Please note that those are just some techniques to enhance your English skills, initially you should have proper trainings from English schools to learn the basics.
All the answers to your question are very useful. I'm of the view that to learn any language is by practise. The more you practice the more you learn. No matter who is there to speak with. Of course, a native speaker of a language has the edge to speak with.
