Educational qualification is a necessity and experience is always beneficial.
Always education but unfortunately today companies give more importance to experience because they try to save time expend on training.
Educated people more effective after getting experience.
Combination of both.
Educational qualification is the most important. Other hand we can say it is the basic requirment in Job specification for any key position.
It depends on the company itself; some companies looks for experience as70-80% than Education qualifications20-30%: those companies are more practical and money maker companies such us services companies.
And the others who look for Educational qualifications50-60% rather than Experience less than50%; such companies are more classical companies who are doing good in the market.
There are more types of companies and all depend on the sector they work in in and the policies they follow.
Knowledged along with Education are strongly recommended, but higly important to have previous experience, at least3 -6 months, so that you will be able to catch the key of any Job/ Task...
In my opinion, both education and as well as experience goes hand in hand. An employee empowered with education is like a soldier with ample ammunition on the front line whereas, an experienced soldier has a better understanding of the situation.
In my opinion the education and experience go hand in hand, one complete the other. Education give us the opportunity to have an experience and this one give us strength and make us ready for challenges.
