I made data export from Navision into a100 thousands or more rows table that had to be sorted and analyzed for trend patterns, and prepared for various sales and management reports. I used many conditional and lookup functions, sorting, filtering, charts and graphs,... but the computer was just too slow to process that many rows.... so I gave up with this method.

I finally ended with data exported into Access database and sourced queries from Excel.  :)

I think that  using the formulas to create an Excel sheet to help me sell my product & and to collect all the expenses & use the ( if ) function to link all of that to show me at the end how much profit or loss i had is the most complicated thing i 've ever done in Excel !!!

I've developed P&L cost sheet template which is used as part of the company bidding management process to facilitate the costing and pricing during selling process, It's built in a way to automatically calculate many cost items for example: travelling costs, shipping, negative cash flow ...etc. so that to be of ease of use and minimize time and efforts while sizing projects, moreover it automatically link cost items to the cost category number and selling priced items to help PMs in tracking project budget and expenses during project execution.
