To do the management review
1. To Check whether the claims has been submitted on time.
2. To verify that you have received all the required documents related to claim.
3. Enter the claims data into system and process it as per terms & conditions.
4. Random self audit is also necessary to check the correct procedure applied.
The following input shall be reviewed as a minimum during the meeting:
a. Follow up actions from Previous MRM,
b. Audits results and evaluation of compliance with applicable legal and other requirements,
c. IMS process performance,
d. Product and other nature of Non-conformity,
(Product, Process, Supplier, Customer, Healthy and Safety related and any other nature of NC)
e. Status of Preventive and Corrective Action and Accident/ incident investigation.
f. Extent to which objectives have been met,
g. Changes that could affect or occurred to the IMS including any development in legal & other requirements,
h. Results of participation and Consultation,
i. Any relevant communication from external parties mentioning any OHS complaints if any
j. Recommendations for Improvement.
The output of the MRM shall be in consistent with the Organization commitment to continually improve the IMS performance.
The output shall include any decisions and actions related to possible changes to:
a. OHS Performance,
b. OHS Policy and Objectives,
c. Improvement of the Processes
d. Improvement of the Product related to any customer requirement, and
e. Resource needs.
