Can I setup RAID before installing OS , IF yes how can I do that ?

Most of the medium and High end servers Support Hardware Raid or you can add Raid hardware

then you can make the Raid Utility from BIO and make Raid array

Yes, Server Vendors like Dell have this functionality built into the System BIO, this is assuming your Server does have a RAID card installed.

There is a one more type of RAID - fake RAID, which you can create during installation, rather partitioning (for Linux OS).

Yes, you can setup RAID before installing OS. To do that  enable RAID in the BIOS. After another reboot, there will be a really short BIOS screen where it shows which key combo you need to press to configure the RAID, for Intel it's usually CTRL+i

After creating the RAID0 array, you can continue installing any OS.

 

Please note during installation, if you see TWO identical disks (both with the same size as the hard disk), make sure you load the correct drivers, until you see ONE disk, with double the size of the hard disks.

Yes you can do that from raid configuration utitily in servers. There is the combination of keys you can use during startup to go into Raid utility like in dell Ctrl +R, IBM Ctrl + H etc
