What extent did the participants experience changes in attitudes, skills, or motivations as a result of the training?

it depends how the training was given:

1 if the training was interactive then the changes are most visible and accurate

2 if the training was more like a course given then the results are  much less determined

3 if the training was in between then we can not asseess

To find out the reasons for the commitment of the trainee session Is it a full-time trainee during the training - stand on the evaluation of the coach and the trainee and note any comments - to make sure the training hubs serving Are candidates
