Number one is that my family and I get to live overseas (once I’m done training. But even at home, my job is rarely the same two days in a row. I’m in a training position right now where I’m working on an internal help desk, which means that I’m learning exactly where in our LARGE organisation to go for the answers to different problems. I’m also learning about finances, something totally new to my super-humanities background, but I’m finding that it is way easier than I had feared

2.Absence of equal opportunity and equal justice.

3.Absence of adequate training & career development opportunities

4.Absence of good, safe, healthy and comfortable working environment

8.Absence of freedom of association and rights of collective bargaining

9.Absence of participatory management

..Absence of positive attitude of  management

.No acceptable management system

.Over load /over pressure & over duty

.Delay/Irregular payment of wages/salary

Whe you feel that your promotion is long overdue or your performance is not properly recognized, it is time you left your current job and looked for a higher role in a different organization.

first of all .. if I wasn't feeling good , i'll of course try to change my jobsecond.. even if everyone I'm working with , are good and well behaved .. but a problem arises like .. I'm not being promoted since years! when I believe that I deserve being promoted. OR when others are having training courses but I'm not .. they will be better .. I will be not !

third.. as a female .. if i felt of discrimination and unethical behavior , I won't like it at all .
