Basm allah alrahman alrahim

in my case I prefer harder ? and don't ask me why ? because I will not answer

in any one except me smarter is a must

for example

when I tried to make a table in HTML with rows and I forget to put a type of tag before then I started to make find and replace with the famous utility find and replace but I got some problem So I start to use some CMD commands to make that job , that take a long time from me , after some research  I found a program called sublime that I can use to make what I want in a minute , so search and learn to save your future time and to get smarter [ by the why I don't believe that there is smarter people than others , they are just with a gift with faster thinking or faster brain frequencies and that's a gift from allah like beautiful gift and beautiful sound gift , and you may use it wrong and think that you are the best ]

Be " SMART", if you are not. It mean your outcomes are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.

Combination of the two. Work smart using knowhow and experience and skills and work hard to achieve the desired objective results.

Yes,one must work smarter. The brain is a muscle. Therefore it should be used in sync with the rest of our muscles to reach our goals. Not all that are efficient are effective but almost all that are effective are efficient.

The concept of working SMART has changed with the emerging markets and the new business challenges in today's market place. The hard working concept doesn't add any value to the growth of your business. Donkeys work hard!

This statement has been a popular wisdom among the corporate environment, some even apply it in life or in general.

If you are a smart worker, then it means that you are focused more on creating ideas to find a shorter way to do your work and still achieve your goal or finish your work before the deadline. For me, you must do both, working smart alone isn't enough, if you are planning a shorter way do to things, then you must also work hard to execute it. The only difference I see for people to claim if either you are a smart worker or a hard worker is the TIME it took for you to complete a job, compared with other people who did the same job in their old traditional manner. If you did it faster and in a different way, then you will be branded a smart worker. For me, both are the exactly the same since they both achieve their goals, they will just differ on the ways on how they finished it. Both smart work and hard work should be applied for all levels, from the bottom of the chain to the top level management, it doesn't exclude anyone.

Remember, working hard and working smart won't be much effective if you are not "working happy"

Happiness is contagious and make sure to start you work with a smile. :)
