one- way communication usually used to inform and persuade customer or people and the maindifference between one-way and two-way communication is the feedback from the receiver (customers) in two way communication the sender want to know if the message has been received accurately for example including a toll free in your advertising , cobone and link in your email to interact with audience .
Technology changed they way customers communicated with their brands or companies now. 1.One way communication, is like a coin having same image on both the faces, i.e., just to share the information to the targeted group of individuals, but not receiving any feedback or inputs from them..
2. Two way communication is process through which inputs are received and opinions are sought from the targeted group of individuals.
One way communication, is what happens in college, university etc. Someone talks, someone listens. Main characteristic is the absence of interactivity.
Two way communication, is when someones seeks someone else's input, opinion, reaction etc.
In this kind of communication, interactivity is the main element and also things as body language or non speaking communication are activated.
