Suggest me good replication tools to supports VMware V.I 5.1 to be replicated cross boarder. The need to meet 5 mins RPO and 30 mins RTO?

1- Veeam Backup and Replication

2- VMware vSphere Replication

VMware SRM of use doubletake...

Your can use VMWare site recovery manager.
You might use third part tools like veeam and double take etc to achieve this goal.
Each tool has it's own pros and cons.
Decision depends on your environment and requirements.

You may consider Veeam Backup which is free and you can save on licenses.

I am using Zerto software, i used almost every possible solution and find zerto the best. Please check out www.zerto.com. Thanks everyone for answering and following. 

 

Veeam Backup and Replication7.0 even better, it has support for Snapshot storage backup and even faster with replication.

 

Even more, it has native backup to Tapes , which is useful in some cases.

 

I would recommend Veeam anytime, but don't go with the free one, since you will not be able to schedule Backup or Replication , go with the Enterprise plus version.

There is tool called Double-Take for VMware Infrastructure. Its easy simpny and user firendly.
