the said that we need to fallow the fifo system. and in or their to make the stock  less, we need to in form those person in charge in selling to suggest those old product and slow moving items in wire house.

first you had to have a minimal quatity for all your goods .then when one of them reach this level you ask the procurement to procur new quantities . when a new stock is arriving and you still have some old quantities from a previous delivery you take them out you put the new one in place after that you put the old one on the top so you will work under the FIFO system
