some of adult are looking towerd there future and working very hard to be the best

There is no motive for the training of adult Recommend to rehabilitate the young staff Bkther best adult because of the vast amount of work on the employee, not the manager and the manager is to assume full responsibility for the errors, if they occur, and the training and qualification of the candidates staff to work with them

Ideally is so, they should be understand their needs to learn for improving their skills to have achievement or development. But some might feel bound to attend training because of management requirement and etc.

I do nt agree because it depends on each person. Some do not know the opportunities of the new learning and therefor they are not motivated to go through them.
