Caffeine can increase the release of stress hormones such as epinephrine and nor-epinephrine. If these hormones are released and there is insufficient energy available to compliment the release of these hormones,  then an individuals blood sugar may crash leading to fatigue, weakness, fainting, and irritability.

coffee contain caffeine a substance that increase us to be alert so our brain here is the major concern or issues to be talk. So the more we stress our brain so the more we are prone to disorientation,hallucination and delusion.
