Skills are abilities that you learn during the course of your life whereas competencies involve skills and a certain attitude and behavior towards work that makes you competent and different to work in a firm or an organization.

A talent is an intrinsic ability doing something; it may also involve further development and improvement.

A skill is a learned aptitude and a result of training, study and/or experience.A talent can develop a skill, as a sophisticated form or as a verified talent.A talent is the natural that needs little or no knowledge, effort or experience while a skill is the nurturing aspect gained as a result of a lot of time, effort and experience spent to learn and execute a certain ability.
