THE AN EMPLOYER MUST UNDER GO THE STANDARD TRAINING PROCEDURE FIRST, FOR THEY JOB DESCRIPTION
First employer MUST understand well his / her team all over the company per each section , in order to know how or choose the way , meaning that some can work by just a thanks word for the effort and others needs financial and others needs title , finally any employer also MUST apply the policy of (( Reward and Punishment )) in order to let all the employe all over the company know for sure as long you work hard and achive your goals but even think how add value in your section As much you will receive back from the company, Wihtout any recommendation or relative relations which may effect all over the company.

There are many other things than money or promotions to keep the people creative. Freedom is one thing which I believe in.. and again be one among them.. The principle is so simple.. a company can grow only if the employees contribute. employee contributions will be superb once they become creative.. That brings in the value addition to any organization..

By providing opportunity to be creative / innovative . Being creative requires time , thinking and most importantly to an extent ability to risk something by doing it in a different way than how it is being done. One cannot never expect a different result by doing things exactly the same way. An employer should understand the importance of innovation/creative thinking and provide adequate resource to the talent to ensure there is creative work.
Failures are inevitable and employers should acknowledge that "Successfull failures" are to be encouraged and they too carry valuable lesson while being creative.
Simply by being a good leader. This includes:
