Mushroom management. What does it mean, and what should employee do to deal with mushroom managers?

Mushroom management are sensitive, unstabol, unbalanced & emotional....

so that we must be always honest, becareful ,direct,proper & straitlaced

when we are working with the mushroom managers

Basically its a setback in the management, which relates to improper communication among the staff members. The way is to get in communication to get rid of it.
