Profitability, good reputation, high market share and superior concern for its stakeholder's expectations are the critical determinants of morale in an organization. Creating superior value for its customers is the most important action that an organization can take to improve its profitability, market share, and reputation. Superior value can be created only through efficiency (reducing costs) and responsiveness to customer needs ( customer focus, continual improvement and innovation). This will enable generating high customer satisfaction. So in the long run, making the customers happy only will enable any organization to continuously grow and make people want to work for the organization.
I do not agree to apply compelling actions. Instead, we should have clear and fair rules for rewarding
