After sending a proposal, how many times will you contact the customer to get his feedback if he keeps telling you that their is no decision yet?

Taking into mind possibilities like: - Your contact person is not the decision maker - Your proposal was not taken seriously, but he can't tell you that - The decision process takes too long in the company

Making too many calls to customer might frustrate him, you might loose a potential customer and it will also decrease company's reputation. No decision yet may be meant that customer is still no sure if the product is to be purchased or not. Its always bettter to read customers mind by asking him things like sir we have some more deals and offers for you, even we can work-out on current proposal and can customize service as per your updated demnad or requirement.
