If regular customer visit store, customer is unable to pick the product .only reason customer have some personal problem.How we manage this customer?

if he or she is or regular customer, we know his/ her taste, and since he/she is unable to pick the product, oviously we must help to get the product and offer the product similar to their taste.

If we observe the customer, we (me and my associates team) will help him/her.

If our customer is unable to pick up the product by any reason ,of course we have to help the customer. in my daily ife i am getting 10 to 15 customer who are unable to walk and unable to pick the our product frm the display but they like our shoe, we help them to wear the shoes. we have to sale our product and make good bussiness for our organization. this is what we do.
