Ms Visio is the best business diagram tool you can find in the market, period.

 

When I started my career as a finance auditor, in order to draw process diagrams, i used Ms Excel.

 

My excursions into Visio changed my life. It is so easy to draw business diagrams (from various forms of flow charts, organisation charts etc). Especially, with Visio 2013, things became even easier. The feel good factor when you draw the diagram the way you want and the ways in which it interacts is mind blowing.There is a small problem with swim-lanes in Ms Visio 2013, but it is not a big deal.

 

Apart from that, it provides a plethora of design variables. You can go all funky with some designs and go absolutely formal with others with just a click of the button.There are immense scope for customization. Linking process flows of one flow chart to another has never been easier. You can even draw systems network diagrams, workflow patters for your customary walk through tests.

Easier non-rigid interface. Its kind of very manual, but it was its flexibility feature. You can add a stencils anywhere without any restrictions. Its very good for a beginner, but for a professional, I would suggest AutoCAD

It has very simple tools such Straight Line, Curved Line, Circle, Square and a free hand line that can help you to achieve your targetted tasks.

This software will help moving the boxes by the help of arrows and also you can make groups for a specific portion of the flow chart or organization chart and the whole sheet.
