Please I need your opinion , also I MUST be honest the case we talk about it is not a Disaster from both sides point of view , even from HR and Legal sections all agree they was no need and can be solved but salary deductions and not (( Warning letter / legal investigation )) really waiting for your opinion , what you can do as you family and liabilities on you , I know I MUST look for other Job but till I found what can I do ? please advice ? as I have got sick from that but still I MUST work till found other Job.
I think you Must attend the investigation , then look for another Job as feeling deep inside that your Managers didn't apericate your work History , by sequence nothing can be done even if they go back for any Punishment ? But we have no other choose than work till GOD as always show the (( Justice )) even after a period of time but it will come one day and even not GOD will show it ( Justice ) in that status you face but GOD will show it in any other way in your whole life as Good health / Good Wife / Good Childs / etc.
