How could each one keep his/her joints (especially weight bearing joints) healthy away from stress and pain ?

Specially when you bake breads make sure don't wash your hand if its dirty ,unless you take a rest before you clean your self.second,always wearing gloves mask and also hair net to avoid the contamination

Three steps:

1. Exercise at least 30 minutes three times a week, including stretching pre and post exercising.

2. Weight control eating healthy food.

3. Watching our posture in our working place, trying not to lift heavy things or person in an unhealthy way.

It would be important to do the regular exercises as a habit to keep your healthy life. Recommended to use trolleys or any types of carrying equipment when ever possible to prevent joint paining or back paining. Keep rest according to the provided time table. Ware a belt before lifting heavy items always. Then you can be minimized the harmfulness of the joint paining while working in the baking industry.
