In your opinion is the phrase "Do not keep all your eggs in one basket" applicable to financial management in any of its aspect. If yes, how ?

It is one of old principal of Financial Management that "Don't put all eggs in one Basket."

Yes. I still think that this opinion is still applicable today even more pronounced in financial magament. WHY? It is not wise & safe to invest all your money or finances in one project, venture or portfolio, incase of business failures, a company may become insolvement & declared bankrupt by the authorities ths its other resources may be liquidated & business closed down. On the other hand, it is not wise to invest all your resources in one venture, project or portfolio at the expense of the others or expense of other business opportunities & prospects
