especially when we join a new company we may face or discover lots of problems and difficulties within the company related to our job could affect our comfortable or our satisfaction, when can we call this case a challenge we have to face and when can we call it a hopeless case and we have to leave it
It is challange untill we have interest to complete the task, and the assigned task is under our qualification and experience, else it is a hopeless situation.
It should be challenge when joining a new company. One should be a qualified person when a company hire him/ her. The difficulties above are normal as new comer in the new circumtances.
