The toughest part is purchase of " low margin high price products". if you end up with too much stock of such category of products, you cannot liquidate it. second most important is purchase is induction of totally different line of products into your buying.

Dear Ms Tutunji, In my opinion the most difficult part is to ensure that stock will be enough to support customer needs and at the same time you do not incur in excessive storage costs or to avoid purchasing an item that will not be sold at correct price.
