Although I agree with his research, I sometimes get the idea that this is "hypothetical". The reason for this is that in countries where there is a very high unemployment rate, people will work in any organization just to get money. This leads to situations where the person is working, but do not want to be there. This then is in contrast with the statement of Knowles, because these people are not relevancy orientated or goal orientated.
To fix this, more effort should be given to school children with regards to career choices. a very well defined and planned recruitment policy and testing will also ensure that people are placed in positions that they want to be in.

I don't agree with assumptions as each need is different from one another.
Senior difficult conditions of life and education, but need to be workshops, conferences work may help some knowledge to get the job done but it is difficult to accept for adult education and the ratio of absorption is weak
